Who are we looking for?
CareerPlug takes a one-to-many sales approach selling through partners (franchisors, associations, white-label resellers, and referral partners) to provide our hiring software to individual franchisees or members. As a Franchisor Business Consultant (internally we call this role Partner Growth Manager), you are the main point of contact for CareerPlug partners with the primary goals of driving adoption of CareerPlug's paid subscriptions and retaining the current client base. 

You will work closely with the sales and partner services team to ensure successful partnership launches. You will lead the execution of the strategy to grow adoption and usage with partnerships.  Main tactics will include regular partnership meetings, facilitating educational webinars, creating and leading promotions, evaluating account-level data, and identifying opportunities for a brand to improve their engagement using CareerPlug and to achieve greater success hiring.

Specific Responsibilities:
  • Review, evaluate, and develop strategic plans to increase the adoption of paid subscriptions
  • Conduct partnership meetings with partners in your book of business 
  • Attend new partner launch and training virtual sessions 
  • Facilitate, create, and share educational content with partners to help establish CareerPlug as a thought leader, increase CareerPlug's brand awareness, and drive adoption 
  • Travel to and attend partner conferences as needed (~33% of the time)
Qualifications:
  • Experience working with franchise brands (Home & Commercial Services preferred); know the franchising industry
  • Experience working with associations; knows how associations work
  • Experience working with partners that are not a direct client
  • Experience selling through others; not directly selling but having to sell a product or service through other entities to achieve goals
Compensation: This role pays a $90,000 base salary with an additional commission (paid out quarterly) for a total on-target compensation of $120,400.

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
